The challenge
Budenheim needed to fill liquid and viscous products into many container types on pallets, without a fixed installation and starting production straight away.
The solution
Semi-Automatic Drum & IBC Filling Machine SP1 — Weight Filling on Pallet | Chemical
An SP1, built on a U-shaped pallet scale: the operator rolls in a pallet with a hand pallet truck, aligns the nozzle over a bunghole and presses start. The nozzle goes down to the bottom of the container — if it hits something, it returns to the top for realignment — and fills in two speeds, with the last 5% dosed slowly for an accurate net weight, rising with the level until it finishes at the top.

One machine for drums, IBCs and jerrycans, producing from the first day without installation work.
