The challenge

A chemicals producer in Bulgaria needed to fill aggressive products into containers on pallets without stopping between containers and without exposing the operator to fumes.

The solution

SP1 Liquid Filling Machine + Two Scales + Gas Hood

An SP1 working with two scales: while one container fills on one scale, the operator removes the full one from the other and places the next, so filling never stops. A gas extraction hood designed for dangerous and corrosive products captures fumes at the container during filling.

The result

Continuous filling of aggressive products, with a cleaner and safer working area, in service since 2025.

How two scales keep the SP1 filling

With one scale, the machine waits while the operator changes containers. With two, it does not: the filling head swings to the second scale and fills there while the operator removes the full container from the first and places the next one. The SP1 itself needs no conveyors and no plant modification, and it fills any container that travels on a pallet, from jerrycans to IBCs.

Why a gas extraction hood

Aggressive and corrosive products give off fumes at the container mouth during filling. The extraction hood captures them at the source, before they reach the operator, the machine or the building. On this project the hood was designed for dangerous and corrosive products.
