The challenge
A Serbian manufacturer with seventy years of history needed to fill detergents and cleaning products, which foam, into a very wide range of containers, from 1-litre bottles to IBCs.
The solution
An SP1 with an extra scale for small containers, so the same machine fills an IBC or a 1-litre bottle with the right accuracy for each. A long nozzle fills from the bottom of the container and rises with the product, which keeps foam down.
The result
One machine for every format, with quick changes of product and container, and 35 drums or 18 IBCs an hour.
