The challenge
A multinational lubricants manufacturer in Spain uses its own 30-litre canister, narrow and elongated, with a bung on each side, and needed a fully automatic filler built around that container.
The solution
Automatic Canister Filling & Capping Machine EL2-E — Lubricants
An EL2-E adapted to the canister, with two filling stations and an in-line capping station, fed from an infeed table. The operator only puts empty canisters on the table. The first station fills most of the target at high speed and the second adds the rest slowly to reach ±0.1%; the capper then closes each canister. At the customer’s plant, an automatic palletizer works at the outlet.
The result
A standard machine adapted to a special container, filling and capping with no operator handling of the product.
