The challenge
A producer of flammable solvents in Spain needed one automatic machine for both cans and jerrycans in many sizes, each with its own type of closure.
The solution
AiCROV – EL2-E – Automatic Jerrycan Filling Machine
A multi-format EL2-E that fills cans from 1 to 30 litres (the video shows 30-litre cans) and jerrycans of several formats. The capping station built into the machine closes the jerrycans. Cans are closed after the filler by a lid capper at the outfeed, which is not shown in the video.
The result
Cans and jerrycans of many sizes filled automatically on one machine, each with the right closure.
