A chemicals producer in Spain needed to fill three jerrycan sizes automatically, starting with a compact machine and keeping the option to grow.

How the EL2-E works
The EL2-E is a sequential machine. Jerrycans advance from station to station, and on each cycle all of them move one position, so operations happen in parallel on different containers. Each filling station has its own scale. In the horizontal version, positions that are not used are built ready for a later extension: adding a filling station or a capping station does not mean replacing the machine.
Built to grow
That is what this customer chose: one filling station to start with, and a frame ready for a second filling station and for capping. Three jerrycan sizes — 5, 10 and 20 litres — run on the same machine, with a filling recipe for each.
