The challenge
Eurofragances needed to fill fragrances into 20-litre (5 gal) jerrycans automatically, to a high cleaning standard, and wanted a machine that could grow with its production.
The solution
EL2-E Filling Machine for 20 L Jerrycans — Fragrances | FAT Testing, ±0.1% Accuracy
An EL2-E in a U-shaped layout, filling under the bunghole with the nozzle a short way into the neck. It started with one filling station, but the frame was designed from the outset with space for a second filling station and a capping station. The expansion was later carried out, and the machine now works with two filling stations.
The result
Capacity increased on the same machine, without replacing it.
