The challenge
A chemicals producer in Egypt needed every canister leaving the line to be correctly filled and properly closed, without stopping production to pull out the faulty ones.
The solution
Automatic Canister Filling & Capping Machine EL2-E — Chemicals
An EL2-E in which two nozzles work in sequence: the first fills 90–95% of the target at high speed, the second adds the rest slowly for ±0.1% net weight. A capping station then screws on each cap to a controlled torque. After it, an automatic reject station pushes off the line any canister filled out of tolerance or capped below the right torque, while production carries on.
The result
Only correctly filled, properly closed canisters go downstream, and the line has been producing in Egypt since 2019.
