AiCROV delivered another successful Turnkey Project, this time for our client in Australia who operates in the agrochemical industry. The project has been designed to meet the client’s high production demands while ensuring precision, and safety.

4 LSC Semi-automatic filling machines for IBC and kegs

This Turnkey project includes four LSC semi-automatic filling machines for IBC and kegs, designed to handle agrochemical liquids. The LSC semi-automatic filling machines are renowned for its flexibility, user-friendliness, and durability—making it an ideal solution for operations where product variety and accuracy are essential. This model is a semiautomatic weight filling equipment suitable for filling liquid and viscous products in large containers, such as IBC, kegs, totes and bulk containers.

The project also features chain conveyors connecting all four LSC liquid filling machines. These conveyors are custom-built to match the plant’s layout and provide reliable transport of containers. The chain conveyors reduce manual handling, increase throughput, and contribute to a safer working environment. And between each LSC station, we have included four rotary tables to assist with container accumulation and alignment. At the end of the line, we have installed a wrapping machine to ensure all filled and sealed containers are securely packaged for transportation.

One of the key custom features of this project is the inclusion of the AiCROV Micromatic accessory for keg filling. This specialized tool allows the LSC machines to fill kegs with closed or valve-based openings, which are commonly used in the agrochemical industry for certain liquid formats. The Micromatic accessory ensures that the filling process is safe, clean, and compliant with industry regulations. It also guarantees that each keg is filled with maximum precision and no contamination risk.

By delivering this complete, turnkey solution, AiCROV has met the client’s request for a high-performance, scalable, and safe filling line. Our engineering team worked closely with the client throughout the entire process—from the initial needs assessment to the design, manufacturing, testing, and on-site commissioning of the equipment.
