It is suitable for filling liquid and viscous products directly on pallet in a wide range of containers. In fact, this solution allows you to fill canisters, pails, totes, drums and IBCs directly on pallet.

Operation mode
Steps for its implementation:
1.Set up the filling recipe.
2.Adjust the height of the filling arm.
3.Place pallets with empty containers on the input conveyor.
4.Wait for the pallet to arrive automatically to the filling machine.
5.Press the “reléase axes” button and position the dispenser on the container bunghole to be filled.
6.Press the “fill” button. The dispenser will lower, fill and return to its position.
7.Carry out points 5 and 6 as many times as there are containers on the pallet.
8.Press the “evacuate pallet” button.
9.The pallet will move out of the machine.
10.Return to point 4.
11.Remove the pallets with full containers from the exit conveyor.
