We have a wide range of solutions to fulfil your semiautomatic liquid filling system requirement. Our semiautomatic fillers can fill different types of containers (canisters, jerrycans, pails, drums, and IBC) from 1 to 1.500 litres. In addition, they are adapted to hazardous environments (ATEX / Explosion-proof design if required).
These filling machines do not require installation (except the Drum and IBC filling machine with conveyor line – SP2) and are very simple to use. All you must do is connect the equipment and start the filling process straight away.

The debunging, bunging and sealing processes in these types of equipment are semiautomatic and must be done by an operator.

Available accessories
Our semiautomatic liquid filling systems have a set of accessories that ensure maximum productivity and greater usability for the operator.
- Quick Alignment System: an adjustable square in 2 dimensions to facilitate the alignment of the filling nozzle and the bunghole (optional accessory available for the canister filling machine LSG model).
- Passive gas hood with pneumatic anti-drip system: avoid the product dripping into the container and the accumulation of gases in the filling area.
- Product hose support system: don’t worry about the weight of the hose. This accessory will hold the hose and helps to avoid the pressure of the filling nozzle.
- Nitrogen purge: create a nitrogen atmosphere inside the container to prevent electrical sparks or product oxidation.
- Electrostatic discharge control: to prevent electrical sparks when filling flammable or explosive products.
- Filling recipe storage: keep your filling recipes and use them in a new filling cycle.
- Overfill detection: the filling nozzle has a product detection system to prevent overfilling.
- Spills collection tray & free roller conveyor over the scale: keep the machine clean of possible product waste and facilitate the movement of the containers to the operator. (Optional accessory available for the canister filling machine LSG model).
- Free roller conveyor for the infeed and outfeed of the scale: facilitate the movement of the containers to the operator (optional accessory available for the canister filling machine LSG and the drum filling machine LSB models).
