AiCROV automatic machines take the operator out of the filling area. They locate each container, fill it by weight and, depending on the configuration, uncap, cap and seal it in the same pass. There are two ways to build them: in line, where containers advance from station to station, or on the pallet, where the machine comes to the containers.

Our automatic liquid filling machines handle liquid, viscous and foaming products in different working environments. They fill round or rectangular, metal or plastic drums and canisters and pails from 1 to 250 litres.
On every automatic machine the whole filling cycle runs under the control system, which gives you full control and supervision of production. All our automatic liquid filling machines can also be built for hazardous areas (explosion proof version if required).

In line or on the pallet?
In-line machines (EL2-B, EL2-E) reach the highest throughput because every station works at the same time on a different container, but the containers must be depalletized and travel on a conveyor. Pallet machines (SP3, Robot Filler) fill the containers where they stand, which suits drums and IBCs that arrive and leave on pallets and lines that change format often.

Our automatic liquid filling machines can be fitted with a range of options to suit your production:
- Passive gas hood with pneumatic anti-drip system: stops drips from contaminating the container and helps prevent gases from building up in the filling area.
- Product hose support system: carries the weight of the product hose so that it does not load the filling nozzle.
- Electrostatic discharge control: For safety when filling flammable or explosive products, this system prevents the buildup of electrostatic charge, reducing the risk of sparks and ensuring a safer working environment.
- Filling recipes storage: stores your filling recipes so they can be recalled for a new filling cycle.
- Overfill detection: The filling nozzle is equipped with a product detection system that actively monitors the filling level to prevent overfilling.
- Nitrogen purge: This accessory creates a nitrogen atmosphere inside the container, so that an electrical spark cannot ignite the product and the product does not oxidize.

Can recipes or product configurations be stored?
Yes. You can store the settings and recipe for each product, so every batch is filled the same way.
Do the automatic machines incorporate an electrostatic discharge system?
Yes. Our automatic filling machines have an electrostatic discharge system built into the weighing platform.
The platform has two metal plates: one discharges static electricity and the other verifies the discharge. This passive safety system reduces the risk of sparks between the filling nozzle and the container. In hazardous areas, all electrical components are explosion proof, for safe operation in classified zones.
What happens if the outfeed conveyor is blocked?
AiCROV conveyors are equipped with photocell sensors that detect container accumulation. If the conveyor becomes full, the system automatically stops feeding and filling, preventing jams or accidents. Once cleared, production automatically resumes, ensuring a safe and continuous flow.
