Yes. AiCROV designs its machines for the safety requirements of petrochemical plants, including an explosion proof version for hazardous areas, so that flammable and highly volatile products can be filled safely.
Can AiCROV machines handle high-viscosity products such as oils, lubricants, or resins?
Yes. For viscous products the nozzle can fill by immersion, rising with the level, so the container fills progressively with as little foam and trapped air as possible.
Do AiCROV machines comply with CE regulations and industrial standards?
Yes. Every AiCROV filling machine is CE marked as standard. Our engineering team also reviews each project against the petrochemical industry standards and regulations that apply where the machine will be installed.
