Filling machines for the chemical industry
Chemical producers fill the widest range of products of any industry — corrosive, flammable, foaming, viscous, toxic — often on the same site and sometimes on the same line. AiCROV machines handle all of them: what changes with the product is the nozzle, the materials in contact and the protection of the machine, not the model.

What chemical plants ask us for
- Materials chosen for the product
- Fume extraction at the nozzle
- Inert gas filling
- Explosion proof version
- Several products and container formats on the same machine, changed by recipe
For the machines themselves, see the machine range.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can corrosive, flammable, or toxic liquids be filled?
Yes. AiCROV machines fill corrosive, flammable and toxic chemicals, with an explosion proof version for hazardous areas where required. Our engineering team checks every project against the regulations of the country of installation.
What materials does AiCROV use in parts in contact with chemical products?
The materials in contact with the product are chosen for its chemistry: stainless steels, engineered plastics and special coatings, among others, selected for chemical resistance, durability and safe operation.
Can filling parameters such as speed and pressure be programmed according to the product?
Yes. Each product has its own recipe — target weight, filling speeds, pressure and other settings — matched to the properties of that chemical.
What type of maintenance does AiCROV filling equipment require in the chemical industry?
It depends on the product, how aggressive it is and the working conditions. AiCROV offers preventive maintenance programmes that anticipate faults, reduce downtime and keep the machine running safely.
