IBC and tote filling machines
IBCs are the easiest containers to fill automatically: they keep essentially the same width and height across formats, so once the IBC is on the scale its opening is already under the nozzle. AiCROV builds machines that fill IBCs from 800 to 1,500 litres (210 to 400 gal) one at a time, a pallet line at a time, or fully automatically with uncapping and capping.

Filling an IBC well

Which AiCROV machine do I need to fill IBCs?
It depends on the required level of automation:

Can different IBC models be handled on the same AiCROV filling line?
Yes. Our lines adapt to different IBC formats with quick adjustments, so several models can be filled on the same line.
Are there anti-drip or foam control systems?
Yes. We incorporate:
- An anti-drip system: after filling, a drip tray under the nozzle collects the last drops, preventing spills and contamination.
- Foam control: the nozzle fills from the bottom and rises with the product level, which keeps foam down and the fill clean and accurate.
Can AiCROV IBC filling machines be built in an explosion proof version?
Yes. AiCROV builds its IBC fillers in an explosion proof version for hazardous areas, engineered under the certification scheme of the country of installation.
