Jerrycan, canister and pail filling machines, 1 to 30 litres
For containers up to 30 litres AiCROV builds two machines: the LSG, a semi-automatic filler for one container at a time, and the EL2-E, an in-line automatic machine that fills, caps and checks the weight of up to 900 containers an hour. At the end of the line, the RPE robot palletizer stacks them.

Caps and closures
On the EL2-E there are versions for jerrycan caps, two-inch screw caps and press-on caps. The two-inch version also seals in the same station.
Palletizing at the end of the line
The RPE robot palletizer builds pallets of jerrycans, small drums, bottles and pails straight off the filling line: 5 to 6 cycles a minute, multi-format, pallets up to 1,200 × 1,200 mm.
