From your first email to a machine running in your plant

We are engineers before we are salespeople. Filling sulphuric acid is not filling lubricant oil, and neither is filling a food or a pharmaceutical product. Before we quote anything, we need to understand what you fill, how your plant handles it, and where the machine will live and produce for many years to come.

We listen

A video call, or a visit if we are close enough. You tell us about your product and its hazards, your containers, the output you need, the space you have and how packaging and product move through your plant. We tell you who we are and what we build.

A budget proposal

A first, non-binding proposal, so you can see the size of the investment. If there is more than one sensible route, you get more than one budget. Where it helps, we add layout drawings showing how the line would sit in your space.

We design it together

Nozzles, containers, options, degree of automation. Most of our solutions end up being a combination of several of our designs, adapted to one plant and one product. This is where the machine becomes yours.

The final offer

Binding and complete: the full scope of the line, containers, caps and labels, plus transport, installation and commissioning. With drawings in PDF or 3D. If it helps you decide, we can arrange a visit or put you in touch with customers running similar plants.

We agree on the plan

You place the order, and scope, drawings, milestones and responsibilities are fixed in writing before a single part is purchased.

We build, test and commission

Engineering, manufacturing and assembly in Tarragona. You are invited to the Factory Acceptance Test before the line ships. Then transport, installation, the Site Acceptance Test with your own products and containers, and training for your team. After that, our service team takes over.
