AiCROV filling systems are already operating in Belgium and the Netherlands in applications involving drums, IBCs, and a wide range of industrial containers, including pails, canisters, and jerrycans.
Manufacturers trust AiCROV because we deliver engineered filling solutions designed for demanding industrial environments, where reliability, accuracy, and operational efficiency are critical.
Our systems are designed to provide:
Robust industrial machine design built for continuous and long-term operation
High-precision filling technology ensuring accurate and consistent results
Custom-engineered solutions tailored to each production process
Seamless integration with existing production lines and plant infrastructure

Filling operations in Belgium and the broader Benelux region are shaped by one of Europe’s most concentrated chemical and petrochemical landscapes. The port of Antwerp anchors the world’s second-largest integrated chemical cluster, hosting majorities of global specialty chemical, polymer, and lubricant producers, while the industrial corridor extending through Ghent, Liège and into the Netherlands and Luxembourg adds significant capacity in agrochemicals, food-grade liquids and industrial coatings.
AiCROV builds filling systems fully aligned with the regulatory framework governing this environment: ATEX-certified equipment for explosive atmospheres, compliance with the Seveso III Directive for major hazard sites, and adherence to Belgian and Dutch national transpositions of REACH and CLP chemical classification standards. Container conventions in Benelux follow the metric system — 200-litre drums, 1,000-litre IBC totes and intermediate pail, jerry cans and canisters formats are standard across the region — and our weighing-based filling technology handles these formats with consistent accuracy across product viscosities and hazard categories.
Through our partnership with Alpaco, based in Hooglede, Belgium, manufacturers across the Benelux region gain a local point of contact for sales coordination, on-site installation and after-sales service, while engineering and manufacturing remain centralized in Tarragona, Spain. This combination delivers European engineering precision with the regional responsiveness that plant managers require in Antwerp, Rotterdam and Luxembourg, particularly in high-throughput environments where operational continuity is critical.
We develop filling machines tailored to your requirements. From high-viscosity lubricants to hazardous chemicals, our systems are configured to meet your specific operational demands.
Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. AiCROV provides engineering assistance, commissioning support, operator training, and ongoing technical service.
Designed for durability and precision, our systems ensure reliable operation over time, reducing service interruptions and enhancing overall filling performance and throughput.
Our equipment is designed and manufactured to meet industry standards and safety requirements, ensuring secure handling of corrosive, flammable, and high-risk liquids.

Slow manual processes limit throughput and increase labour costs across filling operations.
Inaccurate dosing leads to costly product waste, spillage and environmental hazards.
Foam-prone products require specialised filling techniques to maintain accuracy and speed.
High-viscosity products demand precise control systems for consistent filling volumes.
Chemical filling operations require safety-engineered systems to protect operators and facilities.
Explosive atmosphere environments need certified equipment meeting strict explosive-proof directives.
Our filling systems are CE certified by default, fully compliant with ATEX directives for explosive atmospheres and the Seveso III Directive as transposed into Belgian law. Equipment is engineered to meet the regulatory requirements applicable across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, including REACH and CLP chemical classification standards.
Standard semi-automatic systems ship in 10-14 weeks from order confirmation. Fully automatic lines (EL2-E, robot filler) typically require 16-22 weeks. Lead times include Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in Tarragona and road freight to Belgium, which given our proximity within continental Europe is typically 2-3 days transit.
Through our partner Alpaco, based in Hooglede, Belgium, we provide on-site commissioning, operator training and a Site Acceptance Test (SAT) at your facility. AiCROV engineers from Tarragona travel on-site for the SAT or for complex automated lines.
From 1 litre up to 1,500 litres. The most common formats across Belgian and Benelux industrial sites are 20-litre pails, 200-litre drums and 1,000-litre IBC totes. Custom configurations are available for non-standard containers.
pare parts are coordinated through Alpaco in Hooglede, with field service available across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Remote diagnostics through secure VPN are included with our Compact and Advance machines. When VPN is active, our Tarragona team supports Benelux operations in real time.
Yes. AiCROV machines fill corrosive acids, flammable solvents, lubricants, agrochemicals and other hazardous liquids every day. For hazardous-area installations in Benelux, equipment is engineered to the relevant ATEX zone classification of your plant, fully compliant with Belgian and EU explosive atmospheres regulations.
